An Ancient Rhythm

Are you seeking a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you?

Join us for a journey – a pilgrimage in place - on an ancient Camino path. Embark on a week-long spiritual retreat to explore the living patterns and sacred space within, guided by the transformative power of four universal questions rooted in Joseph Campbell's Hero's Journey and a rite of passage:

  1. How to face change?

  2. How to move through suffering?

  3. How to receive joy?

  4. How to mature in service?

What to Expect

  • Meditation and Contemplation: Engage in practices that connect you to the deeper rhythms of your life’s journey through the richness of the Christian tradition. Using the "Sacred Enneagram" as a guide, you’ll explore meditation practices like centering prayer, body prayer and sacred geometry.

  • Creativity and Ritual: Delve into guided creative practices, participate in immersive experiences and enjoy meaningful time for sharing and reflection.

  • Diverse Community: You will find  a  nurturing  space  where  your  authentic  story  and  expression  is  celebrated  within  the  richness  of  diverse  community.  People  from  all  faiths  or  none  welcome.

Held within the ancient rhythms and quiet stillness of dusk and dawn, this retreat offers a nurturing space for holy pausing, a time to reflect, and reconnect with the profound patterns of your every day life.

Our Daily Rhythm

2.    Morning Session  ~  10. 30 am - 1 pm:  Creativity & Contemplation.

  • Embrace the present moment, allowing yourself to deepen your appreciation for these sacred patterns. Engage in a mindful practice of painting them using local earth colors, grounding your experience in the natural environment and the timeless wisdom and beauty embedded in these designs.
